    I absolutely love Cold Stone. However the customer service in this place is AWFUL!!! I asked for an ice cream a certain way and the server made a mistake so he had to toss it and he rolled his eyes at me and his facial expression told me he was very upset. It is too bad he did not listen to my order and made a mistake. I paid over &12 for my order and I should not have to settle for an ice cream made a way I didn't request it. I will continue to go to cold stone but not at this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
