Rpm remodeling, maintenance ,restoration at 16012 Promontory Place, La Mirada, California.

Unfortunate..... we want to add square footage to our home and are ready to get started. Found this company and was happy with their reviews and location in the same town we live in - keep business local.
Scheduled an appointment two days ago for today (Thursday) at 1:00 p.m. and it's 1:45 - no show and no call.

I just phoned and asked if he was running late. Amin had no idea who I was and/or what I was talking about and he was the same person I made the appointment with!

After a few seconds of him sounding like he didn't know what I was talking about I stated "If you don't even know who I am or remember who I am, maybe I should call someone else?" and his reply was "Fine, call someone else" .... really? Honestly, I thought he would have a kind response and offer to make it right and at least rescheduling for another time - not so.

I am grateful that he handled our call so poorly as I would rather it be done now instead of in the middle of a large remodeling job!
